Tombigbee Oxbow

We traveled 41 miles today and went through 2 locks, the Bevill Lock and the Heflin Lock. Only 2 more locks to go and we're back in saltwater. We went into the Tombigbee Oxbow and anchored near the ramp so Hooper could have shore leave.

Tomorrow we'll head for Demopolis.

Someone forgot to mow the grass. This was right in the middle of the channel.

This lock looked older and smaller than the rest.

Tombigbee Oxbow anchorage. We had the place all to ourselves for awhile, then later on 4 looper boats came in to anchor.

Hooper gets shore leave
