Denson Island Anchorage

Another perfect day on the Tennessee River. It was sunny, clear & warm. The waters here have now been lowered in prep for winter so now the water is too low for us to enter several of the anchorages & marinas that we were considering. We went to Denson Island, which is a deep water anchorage. The water is 20 ft. deep right up to shore. It's really beautiful here & we spent the afternoon swimming.
Our friends on Summerland joined us in this anchorage, as well as another boat we just met named When I'm 64. Errante kept going, we're not sure where they ended up.

All the houses are elevated to prevent flooding
