Beaufort, SC

We have entered the Low Country. There's miles of low, marshy grassland & mud flats. In some places, the marsh gives way to large moss-covered oaks. It's nice here, but still not warm enough. We must get further south!

We see so many dolphins now, I don't bother taking more pictures. Poor Hooper, he used to sleep all day, but now that he knows there are dolphin everywhere, he keeps constant lookout. He doesn't relax for a minute.

We pulled into the Downtown Marina in Beaufort, SC. It's a real nice marina in the historic district of town, right next to a waterfront park.

Tomorrow we head for Georgia.
